Poplar Bud salve has pain relieving effects and can be applied topically to sprains/strains, sore muscles and arthritic joints. It is wonderful at healing burns (including sunburns), eczema, rashes, acne and cracked skin/heels. Its antiseptic and anti-fungal properties also mean that the salve can be applied directly to wounds or for treating fungal infections. It is also an expectorant and can be used as a natural chest rub for chest coughs.

Wet soap with water and lather in hands before applying to body as needed.
To extend the life of your soap bar, let it air dry between uses on a draining soap dish.
